The first film of the Harry Potter series was the only film to be represented by a poster of artwork; of course this was done by drew. Warner Bros. wanted to have a style created by drew to especially represent the series in a recognizable style for the full compliment of films, just as he had done for Indiana Jones or Star Wars. The poster was extremely well received by the audience as no subsequent posters were. Things changed in spite of the overwhelming success and the first and became the last, the one and only illustrated poster for the series.
Warner Brothers knew its value and purchased the original art from drew and it now hangs in the Warner Bros. Museum as the center piece of the Harry Potter Exhibit.
