Frequenty asked questions

Q. How are the items shipped? Domestically we ship all of our packages using USPS. Internationally we use USPS First Class International and Priority International on heavier items. 

Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?  Yes we do!  International shipments will be marked for their actual value and insured which may incur customs charges by your country. Please check with your local customs office for charges you may incur before you order.  These are charges by your country for incoming merchandise and outside of our control. 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?  Orders ship from the Dallas, TX area and domestically take between 1 and 6 days, depending on how far away you are from Dallas. International orders can take 5 days to several weeks depending on customs clearance for your country.

Q. What are the shipping costs?  The shipping rates will vary depending upon the size, weight and the shipping destination. Rates start at $3.95 for smaller items and go up from there.
